Debt Advisory: (10 years, $3 Billion debt closed) Executing financings for middle-market private equity-backed portfolio companies

Corporate Borrower: (6 years, $2.7 Billion debt closed in 8 separate financings) Pete led debt financing and M&A for PAETEC, a publicly-traded Fortune 1000 telecommunications company with $400MM EBITDA

Leveraged Lender: (13 years, $8 Billion debt closed) SVP & Team Leader for Union Bank’s Communications/Media Lending group where he managed credit underwriting for new financings.

Steven Seach has 40 years corporate finance and business operations experience.  He has actively led transformative financing and liquidity events exceeding $3 billion for both early-stage and middle-market companies.

Steven is an active entrepreneur and investor with extensive private equity and venture capital portfolio company executive leadership and board of directors experience. He has led a number of restructuring, financing and turnaround engagements for firms, including Austin Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Texas Growth Fund, Santé Ventures and others.

Jenna has 20 years of corporate finance and treasury experience, serving as a partner and advisor to the CFO.  Before joining ECS, Jenna was Vice President of Finance, Treasurer for a PE Backed insurance broker with $20MM EBITDA.  Previously, Jenna was Director of Financial Planning & Analysis/Treasury for a PE Backed company with $10MM EBITDA.  Prior roles include Corporate FP&A and Risk Management.

Jenna has executed annual budget processes & presentations, 13-week cash forecasting, covenant modeling & compliance analysis, credit facility amendments, lender presentation packages, and all company treasury functions.

Juan Paulo has 4+ years debt financing experience.

In 2022, Juan Paulo worked as a Senior Credit Analyst at Shell Business Operations in. Manila where he helped mid- to large-sized businesses secure credit facilities, performing industry and company financial analyses and advising companies on improving their credit profile.

Juan Paulo previously worked as an Accounting Associate at Augentius, one of the largest independent private equity and real estate administrators globally, where he developed fund accounting and management skills.
